    I’m pretty sure you would call someone skilled if they killed every monster with one hand behind their back. It really depends on the goal, however. You have speedruns which require you kill a monster as fast as possible and you have perfect runs, where you kill a monster without taking damage. Both are skillful, but demand different skills and can be mutually exclusive.
